Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund of any amount paid, with no fees.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the first day's rental rate. The remainder of any prepayment is refunded to your original payment method.

If you don't pick up the vehicle and don't notify us, the reservation is treated as a no-show and the full first day's rate is charged. The vehicle is released for other bookings after 4 hours past the scheduled pickup time.

Changing pickup time, return time, or vehicle is free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Modifications inside 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation + rebooking.

Email takeoffrentalsllc@gmail.com or call (864) 747-8639 with your reservation name and date. You'll receive written confirmation of the cancellation within one business day.

If we ever need to cancel your reservation due to vehicle availability, mechanical issues, or weather, you receive a full refund and, when possible, a comparable replacement vehicle at no extra cost.
